I’m a physiotherapist with twenty years of experience and a holistic approach to health. My professional journey began by working with individuals recovering from nervous system injuries, which helped me appreciate the human body’s incredible adaptability. Working with children taught me how flexible and responsive the brain can be, while collaborating with athletes revealed how critical the details and recovery process are to achieving peak performance. A special place in my work is held by patients suffering from chronic pain, who have driven me to explore solutions that go beyond biomechanics.
I work with people facing a wide range of issues — from back pain and peripheral joint problems, to injuries, tension headaches, and more complex conditions such as temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, bruxism, or visceral disorders. I also support patients in the post-surgical recovery process, including scar therapy.
My approach is based on combining various therapeutic techniques, including:Manual therapy (German school) Visceral techniques, Fascial release, Neurological methods such as PNF and NDT-Bobath, Kinesiotaping, Elements of therapeutic yoga. These support the body’s recovery and help improve movement function.
Thanks to numerous courses and trainings — including those in visceral manipulation, the urogenital system, and myofascial chains — I’m able to assess my patients’ problems from a broad and comprehensive perspective.I believe that a holistic view of the human being, which takes into account both physical and psychosocial aspects, is the key to effective therapy and true healing.
